Kasulo Limitada in partnership with Netvend Metering Solutions (a Namibian company) offers Water Revenue Management and Vending Solutions to FIPAG (Fund for Investment and Assets of Water Supply). The project, which initiated in late 2017, aims primarily to implement a prepaid system of water supply to consumers, in order to improve the quality of service, reduce water waste, and improve receivable collections.

The project implementation was divided into regions across the country. Kasulo supplies prepaid water meters and vending system to the southern region.
